This post is for two types of readers: the “Stephen”-type and the “Kelly”-type (they are distinct, but overlap). Stephen, my brother, loves all kinds of food and has an insatiable curiosity/desire to try everything. My sister, Kelly, similarly loves all kinds of food, but she has the added fetish of picturing her food — always. So, this post is for them (and anyone who is similarly interested in seeing the foods from around the world, including some pretty weird shit by our tame/western standards).
